Project Management

We also provide a management service for clients who do not wish to deal direct with the building contractor. Regular site visits ensure the work is being carried in accordance with our approved drawings and specification. 

Liaising with the contractor aid the smooth running of the project on site and the client is assured that their interests are looked after. Our involvement also protects the client, should a dispute arise.

We were involved at all stages of the work, from the initial concept and gaining planning approval, right through to preparing drawings for the builders and holding weekly site meetings to check that targets and high standards were being met during the build.
