House extension 60m² - 150m²            £    1,200.00

House extension over 150m²               ( Quoted on a individual project basis )

New dwellings                                       £    2.00 per sq.ft floor area

Loft conversion                                      £    750.00

Comercial Development                    ( Quoted on a individual project basis )

The above prices include preparing and submitting drawings for both planning approval and building regulations.
